| 業務内容 |
・Design the supply chain structure develop and implement operational procedures in supplier development projects by leading discussions with internal/ external stakeholders as a representative of the division.
・Identify issues and root causes develop and implement the operational procedures in existing operation by cooperating with domestic /overseas stakeholders.
・Building the strong relationships with CDMOs/wholesalers/suppliers for a stable supply chain.
・Communicate with related functions of domestic/ overseas and response to inquiries smoothly.
・Improve the optimal inventory allocation planning based on demand forecast data deliver plans build business models that meet the customer needs.

| 求める経験 |
・5+ years of comprehensive and hands on experience in supply chain management in the medical device and/or pharmaceutical industry.
・Experience in leading cross organizational projects as a project manager or PMO in a business company or experience in consulting firms and strong experience in the supply chain projects related to conceptualization design and improvement of operational processes.
・Both import and export experience among complex supply chain.
・Business level English. （TOEIC score over 800 and speaking skill）
